From Split to the beautiful islands of Hvar and Vis

Split, Hvar and Vis in 7 days

Split, world heritage site with its charming Old Town, now serves as a starting point for the sailing trip in Dalmatia. Only 20 kilometeres away from the airport, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a stroll on the promenade "Riva".

Island of Hvar

The port Stari Grad (Croatian: Old Town) in the west of the island of Hvar is our first stop. Stari Grad offers the classic supermarkets, but also a domestic market. The old part of the town is not only popular for its artists, but also for its retained tradition. Therefore it offers a special flair as well as an atmosphere to relax. The port of Hvar with its marble slabs will inspire you. If you can not find any place for berthing during the peak season, what can be the case, sail to Marina Palmizana. Hvar is a must go for all sailors!

Vis island

Komiza is located on the west side of the island: a nice place with small shops and restaurants. Due to the limited number of buoys, we recommend a timely arrival. In Komiza, you can find the culture museum in the Venetian castle "Komuna", which gives you an insight into the fishing tradition of the island Vis.

The next destination is the small island of Lastovo in the south of the island of Korcula. The port in the "Skrivena Luka" bay in the south of the island of Lastovo offers, besides electricity and water supplies, also clean sanitary facilities, a small laundry and the Porto Rosso restaurant.

City of Trogir

Trogir is about 30 sea miles away from Hvar. Two ports lie on the north side of Ciovo. A small bridge will take you to the old town of Trogir with its historical buildings. The Riva invites you to a romantic dinner.
